We've been asked a lot to do a knife skills course. In this class we will talk through the importance of the right knife for safety - and the right knife is different for every per son. We will talk about sharpening and the importance of a sharp knife and of course learn basic knife skills. We'll use our knife skills to prep a seasonal soup, a grain bowl and more.
