For cancellations made more than 48 hours after purchase, please contact us to discuss available options. Our policy reflects the limited availability and nature of workshop and event tickets. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for store credit equal to the full ticket value or for rescheduling to another workshop of equal or lesser value. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop are eligible for store credit equal to 50% of the ticket value, which may be applied toward a future workshop. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for store credit or refund.
