Since 2006 Serena has worked horses for cutting, reining, general Western, and English trainers. She has given thousands of hours of riding lessons to children and adults, headed t he Equestrian Department at Mountain Meadow Ranch Summer Camp, and served for three years as a traveling assistant at All About Equine. Serena's approach to training and teaching emphasizes horsemanship and horse ownership as a whole. She draws from her firsthand journey with horses as well as the best practices learned from a broad community of horse professionals over the course of 15 years. Her goal is to always instill in each student a passion for horses and horsemanship that breeds humility, patience, graciousness, and a strong work ethic. Serena works hard to ensure that her equine facility is a space for both learning and relaxation, one that always hosts a vibrant community, and meets the most important needs of all the people and horses that visit it.
