Each serpent ring thus far has each been customized for the wearer. That being said, all are made in 18k gold with 3 diamonds in the tail (a diamond rattler if you will). Overall d imensions are about 17mm wide with each coil being around 3mm. We can either source your dream stone for the head or you are welcome to bring a stone to us that you would like to use.
