The Serra Desk puts some storage on top: a raised back with an open cubby at each end and a pull-out tray between them. Under the writing surface are two soft-close drawers, one with a pencil tray. It's 50 inches wide and 28 deep, four inches deeper than the Serra Writing Desk, and 33 5/8 inches to the top of the raised back. The legs angle outward like the rest of the Serra collection. The drawers are English dovetailed and finished inside, and the solid walnut frame is joined with mortise and tenon. Choose 79 Toast, the lighter finish, or 80 Walnut, the darker; 87 Coffee is available from West Bros if you ask. The grain and colour vary with the walnut. It's made to order in Hanover, Ontario and takes 6 to 10 weeks to reach our warehouse before we book delivery.
