When your breast pump is no longer covered by warranty but you find you are having some problems with it, we can still offer you support! If you have contacted our customer support team and it becomes apparent that the issues you're experiencing are with the pump, then we can offer you a paid repair on your pump. This service will cover the following: Our technician will test the pump and replace any parts required Return postage on the pump You can opt to hire a pump during the period of your service for an additional fee. Paid repairs are only valid for breast pumps that are less than 4 years manufacturing age, and Hospital Grade pumps, like the S1 and the S2. Once you have paid for the repair, an email will be sent to you asking you to register the repair. This is how you will supply us with your address details & the serial number for your pump.
