With over 100 years of experience, our Authorised Sewing Machine Service Center has been providing top-notch service and repair for all brands of machines since 1922. Rest assured that your machine will be in trusted hands, though please note that the current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Once your machine is ready for collection, we will promptly email you. For your convenience, you may drop off your machine at any time between 10am-3.30pm Monday-Friday. If you choose to mail your machine, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage. Please note that insurance will not be valid if the machine is not in its original packaging or if the box is visibly damaged upon delivery. What we need: Your bobbin & bobbin case (in machine) Needle in Standard presser foot (embroidery foot if checking embroidery machine) Embroidery hoop & Unit if embroidery Your order number or name on your machine/case/additional items Please leave at home: Accessory tray or sleeve arm extension Instruction books Extra feet or tools Quilting tables Bags, cases or covers Power cord -unless it is unique to your machine.
