Access to ECS training videos and materials Assist with client-specific assessments. Support payment setup and configuration. 5. Contract and Compliance Assistance Assist with Statements of Work (SOW). Help with client contract understanding and agreements. 6. Technical Access and Support ECS Software and Platforms Access and Support Assist with resolving technical issues. Software and Platforms Usage Access and Support 7. Ongoing Virtual Support Provide up to 6 months of virtual support as needed. 8. Revenue Assurance Agents will receive of the revenue they work for with clients. Payment varies based on individual client's needs. 9. Refund Policy Refunds are not available but alternative opportunity is available. No Returns or Refunds for Digital Products & Services The package covers six months of service.
