This large serving mat is a beautiful addition to any table and a wonderfully decorative protective base to any hot dish or salad bowl placed on the table. With a design that is a perfect balance between traditional and modern, this large rectangular serving mat is inspired by the Spongeware tableware that originated in Scotland in the early 1800’s and was subsequently produced in both English and Irish potteries. Features Gloss finish on a eucalyptus board, with a hard wearing Melamine finish. Heat resistant to 140 degrees. Finished with an attractive cork backing. Measures: 38.2 x 29.2 cm, (4.8mm thick).
