The SERVOSTAR-601, expertly produced by Kollmorgen, is a highly-integrated servo amplifier. Known for designing and manufacturing high-performance products, Kollmorgen's offerings range from standard servo drives to actuators. Their servo amplifiers, which incorporate a three-phase power supply and a high-performance control unit within one casing, are pivotal in servo systems. Owing to their high-integration, these devices can equip various applications without requiring additional peripherals. The SERVOSTAR-601 is designed to govern specific brushless synchronous servo drives via closed-loop control of speed, position, and torque. It directly operates on the power supply of over 240V, either earthed or unearthed. Suitable for commercial and residential use, the unit must be used in a closed switchgear cabinet to consider ambient conditions and device dimensions and avoid surpassing temperatures of 45°C (113°F). Safety measures have been put in place to prevent sudden motion damage.
