Product Description During an enormous swell on the 25th of February 2022 at Nazare, a giant set of waves broke on the first peak of the world's most famous big wave surfing arena. The iconic lighthouse looks like it's about to get swallowed by the powerful waves.Story behind the image:I arrived very early, still dark and soon became obvious it was going to be one of those huge days. When you're standing on the top of the hill and watch the ocean moving such large amounts of water it's a clear sign that the waves will be very big. It's like you're watching an enormous living being, breathing slowly, and you feel its about to unleash his massive power at any second. Then you notice the dark big lines moving to shore and a feeling of anticipation takes over. You're not sure how perfect or rideable the waves will be but you know it will be special because even if it's just a huge closeout like in this picture, it's always a sight to behold and you feel lucky to witness it and record it for eternity. This giant set rolled in and it was just absurd how powerful it was. There was no chance of anyone riding it and fortunately no one tried. I named this image "Set from hell" cause I feel it didn't bring a drop of good energy.
