The Setzer family have been working the lands in Hohenwarth, in the heart of Austria's Weinviertel, since 1705. What began as a farming and livestock operation with small vineyards evolved into a dedicated wine estate in 2001, when the family focused 100% on viticulture and winemaking. Hohenwarth sits at 400 metres above sea level — significantly higher than neighbouring Kamptal and Wagram — giving it a unique microclimate that produces wines of real freshness and mineral precision. About This Wine A crisp, aromatic Riesling from the Weinviertel, farmed sustainably and made without animal products.
