We are currently only accepting service appointments for Baby Lock machines. Schedule your next machine service using our online servicing tool! Scheduling puts your machine in line for service without having to be without it while you wait. You can continue to sew and enjoy your machine right up until our technician is available for you! Make an appointment for any Baby Lock serger, sewing, or embroidery machine to be serviced at our location. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer in-home service at this time. If you have another brand of machine, please contact us before making an appointment. Note that we do not offer service on Husqvarna machines. This service is only a reservation. The actual service fee will be determined based on the type of machine requiring service and any additional parts or repairs that may be needed. The deposit will be credited towards your service. Examples of common service fees: Jazz II - $75 Chorus - $125 Flare - $175 Solaris - $200 Triumph - $150 The fine print: Reservations are not guarantees, and are only a best estimate for when our technician will be available. While we make every effort to keep the calendar updated, it is possible that our technician may not be immediately available on the date of your reservation. If your machine is not dropped off for it's reserved service, this may cause additional delays. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund if canceled more than one week before the reservation by calling the store. Service reservations are non-refundable for no-shows.
