Riders shorter than 175 cm are not advised to order a 20Ah battery, as this would require raising the seat post—that is, raising the seat to its highest position. In addition, to ensure compatibility, the 20Ah battery must be used with a dedicated mounting rail and lower support; please note that these two accessories are not compatible with other battery capacities. The customization cycle for the 20Ah battery is about 2 months, and the shipping time is approximately 15 business days.
