The Keitech Shad Impact is built to convincingly mimic small baitfish. After extensive testing and several prototypes, we arrived at a design that swims level with a lifelike rolling motion that reads like a wounded preyfish. The upper portion is made from a lightweight, no-salt plastic while the belly uses a denser, salted material. That dual-density construction gives the lure the balance needed to deliver the intended action. Available in 4” and 5” sizes, the Shad Impact works well texas-rigged, under a split-shot or on a Carolina rig. It also fishes exceptionally on a shaky head or as a drop-shot presentation.
