For much of my life, I greatly feared spiders and experience visceral arachnophobia. As I moved deeper into my healing journey, I began to understand the power of projection and ho w often we place our unclaimed fears onto something outside of us. The moment I became willing to turn inward and meet those hidden parts of myself, my fear of spiders dissolved in a profound way.
