This module parallels my Shadow Work Self-Therapy, and thus is 8 weeks in duration. We will go through each part of the journal together by having weekly 1 hr. zoom sessions, with chat support for questions in between. I will also be sharing with you additional materials and guidance that are not covered in the journal but may be beneficial to your situation. We will start with your request: what do you want to happen in your life? Have a specific problem resolved? Bring down stress levels in general? Change (or maybe even find) a life’s direction – the one that sets you on fire? We will then work towards this goal throughout the course and measure our results at the end.
