Unfortunately, woodland ephemeral flowers are not a part of this kit. Ephemerals take considerably longer to grow than many of our other shade-loving plants and as a result they are more costly to produce and can not be discounted. The 2026 kits now features larger 3.5" pots because they lead to higher success rates! Typically, bigger pots = quicker establishment, faster bloom time and a smoother experience for first‑time native gardeners without breaking the bank on gallon sizes you get at most conventional garden centers. Don’t be! We will label the plants in three categories: “Matrix”, “Seasonal Interest” and “Structural”.
