Shallot 'Red' – 6 packAn easy to grow Shallot which has pink skin, pink-white flesh and rounded shape. Beautiful when roasted or slowly cooked until it caramelises. Can be stored f or a few months if harvested correctly. Harvest once the foliage begins to fall over. Dig up, dry and clean bulbs. Separate bulbs leaving larger bulbs for replanting in Winter.
