Jeff and Bibiana have seen it all when it comes to world-class winemaking and world-class vineyards, so it's not a huge surprise when their wines stop us in our tracks but this my friends is something that made us do a double take when Bibiana came to pour this for us. Inspired by the Sauvignon Blancs of the Loire Valley, this channels the wines of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume in a real way. "This is like domestic Dagueneau" Cory Wagner said as he shook his head in disbelief. Aged in 100% new French oak, though not showing it at all, this one of the most impressive Sauvignon Blancs we've tried in some time.
