Knife Sharpening Classes are for people to: - Learn a new skill - Receive hands-on training with whetstones - Get tips and secret know-how from a master sharpener Below you can pur chase seats for upcoming sessions. Each ticket includes Koi Whetstones for you to use during the class and take home afterwards. Each class is structured as follows: 1. An overview of knife sharpening and the types of tools needed for success 2. A short demonstration of knife sharpening from our resident Sharpening Guru, Joao Sundfeld. 3. A guided sharpening class led by Joao, where you sharpen one of your favourite knives from home. The class runs for 1 hour and you will learn all the fundamentals to putting a fresh edge on your knife. * All tickets need to be signed before allowing entry. This is an adults only event.
