Sharpening classes! πͺ Have you ever wanted to learn how to keep your knives in tip-top condition? Yes, of course... Then now is your chance! Classes will be limited to 6 people, although I usually only open them to 4 people per class, and last around 2 hours. We will cover all the basics of sharpening double-bevel knives on Japanese Whetstones. The skills and concepts I teach will then allow you to go away and practice at home, and you will very quickly be able to get your knives razor sharp, every time. Classes will be held in my workshop in Sheffield, S1 1DJ. Once you have booked, you will receive full details via email. I look forward to hosting you in the workshop!
