Your Sharpening Includes our Expert 8 Step Process: Step 1: Blades carefully examined under magnification to identify any damage, then disassembled and cleaned. Step 2: Blades’ ride-line is hand restored. Step 3: Blades sharpened by hand using advanced precision equipment. Step 4: Blades polished on a crystallite pad and leather stropping to ensure a razor shape edge. Step 5: Parts that are worn or need replacing (ie. screws, washers, and scissor bumpers) are replaced free of charge. Step 6: Shears are reassembled, lubricated, re-tensioned, and balanced. Step 7: A cut test along the length of the blades using specialty fabric or hair is done. Step 8: Lastly, your shears are carefully packaged for return to you.
