Cakes are about 4 inches tall, giving you twice the height and amount of cake than a traditional grocery store sheet cake. Cut into: 2x2 inch slices (party size) = 50-54 servings 1x2 inch slices (wedding/banquet) = 100-108 servings **Half sheet cakes are roughly 12x18 inches and will provide between 50-100 servings, depending on your slice size. If you cut them into 1x2 inch slices (wedding/banquet size), you will get roughly 100-108 servings. If you cut them into 2x2 inch slices (party cake size), you will get roughly 50-54 servings.
