It suits couples, siblings, or lifelong friends who wish to be released together. This version is finished in a soft aqua blue that echoes shallow coastal water. Materials & Finish The urn is made from plant-based biodegradable material, molded by hand into the ribbed curves of a scallop shell. Every piece is finished individually before it leaves the workshop. The Aqua Blue finish is brushed on in soft, uneven washes so the color shifts gently across the shell's ridges. Placed on water, it floats for a short while, then sinks and breaks down completely, leaving nothing behind. A donation is made to an ocean conservation organization with every Shell urn sold.
