SHELLAC IS SAC CEMENT For the purpose of securing new sacs to pen sections. A must have for anyone attaching sacs in fountain pens. Perhaps our best selling item! Shellac is the pr eferred sac adhesive, as it does not get very hard. After it dries, it can be softened with a little heat.
