About the meal: There is no way to describe Shepherdess Pie other than pure comfort food. This homey casserole has a base of veggies in a savoury sauce, topped with creamy mashed potatoes. It's made on the stove but ends up in the oven for a crispy finish. (Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free) Ingredients: Chickpeas, pinto and black beans, carrots, red and green peppers, corn, green beans, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic, vegetable bouillon, vegan butter spread, non dairy milk with salt and pepper. Pick-up Instructions: Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, April 27th between 12:00pm-5:30pm and Friday, April 28th between 9:00am-12:00pm at Hope House. If these two days do not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time. Purchasing for Friend or Community: Leave the note section blank if you are gifting a meal to be distributed to our community through Hope House.
