Sherab Chamma is the emanation of “Perfect Wisdom”. Her name is Zhang Zhung Kingdom’s language is Satrig Ersang. Sherab Chamma is considered to be the Mother of all Buddhas. She is, with Sangpo Bumtri (the “Creator”), Shenlha Ökar (the “Deity of Compassion”) and Tönpa Shenrab Miwoché (the “Universal Teacher”) one of the four Sugatas or “Buddha Deities” in reference to four serene deities of the tradition Yungdrung Bön of Tibet. Her Mantra (Sacred syllables), called Heart Mantra is written on this Candle.
