Adopted! Hey! I’m Sherrie and I’m a super sweet girl who loves to keep my foster family company throughout the house and is always up for cuddle time. I've never had a backyard before, so I’m still getting used to the idea of going out in the yard by myself. But when my foster family is out with me, I love to chase balls and play tug of war with their dog. I am always up for a long walk, and I promise I won’t pull you even without my harness. I know basic commands in Bulgarian, but I am still learning English. I’m ready to find a forever home. My foster family says I’m awesome! Here are some of my qualities:1. No counter surfing.2. I do not dig in the yard.3. Never have house accidents.4. I’m working on basic commands in English like sit, down, come, and wait/stay (for short periods).5. Great with young kids, teens and other dogs.6. Not crate trained but can be trusted alone in the house.Sounds great, right?! But let’s be honest—nobody’s perfect. I’m working on staying calm when people get home. I can get a bit excited when my family and their friends come in. I like to jump up and get as much attention as I can but then I calm down and don’t bother anyone.I would thrive best in a home where I am not left alone for long periods by myself. I will sleep by the door waiting for your return and be your shadow when you're home. I would love to snuggle on the couch and sleep in bed with you.
