A fine sherry vinegar made using IGP sherry from Jerez, Spain. Abundant with complex raisin and red berry flavours. Wine vinegars are an under-used seasoning, and work well in hot dishes, adding an uplifting acidity just as well as they they do at dressing salads. This Sherry Vinegar is an ideal partner to rich meats such as duck or lamb: the manufacturers suggest sautéing calves liver in the vinegar as a base for a delicious gravy.
