If you were to look in any kitchen cupboard in Japan, you'd mostly definitely find Shichimi Togarashi, or seven-flavor chili pepper. We partnered with Oaktown Spice Shop to create our version, featuring black and white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chili flakes, orange zest, sansho, and nori.
