Editorial Reviews About the Author Basia Bonkowski was born in Adelaide to Polish parents, and completed an Honours Degree majoring in English Literature and Drama. Shortly after moving to Sydney she joined SBS Televison, where she presented the highly successful music program Rock Around The World, which went on to achieve cult status. She later worked for Channel Ten and the Seven Network as a presenter and journalist. Most recently Basia has worked as a producer for the Lifestyle Channel and is currently producing a new series for the Seven Network. Basia is married to ex-Hoodoo Guru turned film director, Kimble Rendall, and the couple have two children.
