If you don't need a 30k professional level scanner (I think you'd know if this was the case) then this will do pretty much everything else. I'm using it for quick prototyping in the automotive aftermarket world and don't need super high tolerance, and I'm more than happy with the level of detail, but the best part is how fast I can scan. Setup to CAD import for most things in less than 20 minutes. I briefly had a CR Scan 01 and while quality was fine, it took at least 3x as long to scan and not as reliable.
