The word “gold” in the name is in there for good reason. This brew won gold in the daiginjo class at The Fine Sake Awards Japan 2019 and gold in the Yamadanishiki class at Kuramast er 2020. The brewers slowly and carefully age this sake at 32°F for six months to give it a full flavor of juicy cantaloupe with a balanced umami that all culminates in a sharp, enticing aftertaste. Show more
