Hello! This page is to be used to generate internal shipments across all Go Project enterprises. Please select which department/enterprise you are shipping with, as this dictates b illing at the end of the month. If you are shipping tech equipment please select the department that is receving the package (i.e. a laptop for a CarePortal employee needs to be billed to CarePortal).Once you have filled out this order form, feel free to drop your package off at our shipping desk in the GOEX warehouse, and we will be happy to send it out within a day or 2. At the checkout screen, please enter the shipping address and any additional information (such as requesting insurance or Express shipping) we might need to ship out your package.
