This is a charge for the difference between "Regular Shipping" and "Cold Chain Shipping" that will be applied to customers who do not select the correct shipping option. When "Regu lar Shipping" is selected, but "Cold Chain Shipping" should have been selected, the price difference will be applied to invoices to make up the difference.
