Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details. If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Protection We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in-house investigation, We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in-house investigation.
