Each window is safety glazed with styrene, and the door with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps. What's more, this complete build meets the European Safety Standard for toys, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content. The ladder is able to go at either end of the balcony one in of 3 front facing positions. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. The building base can be laid onto lawns or firm soil and is made from 44mm x 70mm pressure treated bearers and supplied with adjustable base spikes (we recommend a maximum adjustment of 100mm).The portabase comes flat packed and is easy to assemble. IMPORTANT - BASE INFORMATION The base onto which your building is to be assembled on needs to have a minimum clearance on all four sides of the base of 18 inches.The area above the base must have a minimum height clearance of 2305mm.
