The reason the Shire can through so much light without over heating is it's 36 grid lumen military inspired technology... That little yellow square, has 36 slightly imprinted grids, that all work together. They disperse light and heat in equal portions to make that little 2 by 2 centimeter box push out lumens by the truck load. But even that military inspired tech was not enough, we needed the beam to throw light further than you'd ever need. So we made this... THE LIGHT DOME LENS. Throw Light 10 Football Fields. That's our unbreakable "Light Dome," lens. Typical flash light lenses can be flat or slightly rounded. Our "Light Dome," lens boast close to a 1 inch convex to make sure the be throw light for close to 10 Football fields. It's makes the beam so powerful you'll be able to see air particles at night... In fact... You'll see them even indoors with lights on. MAX ZOOM. 100,000 x Lens Magnification... Typical zoom on flashlights range from a few centimeters to 1/2 inch. The SHIRE is not just a FLASHLIGHT. It's a handheld light machine. Thats why we made the zoom a full 2 inches. That 2 inch pull along with the light dome makes it the brightest, furthest range light possible... We even added 5 radial vents at the top of the lens so when you are throwing a zoomed beam, you'll have a close range flood light to see everything in your radius... I wanted this to not only have beaming light to stop ANY ATTACK, but I needed it to be built so strong it could be wielded like a club to KEEP YOU SAFE. That's why I made sure the Aluminum was thickened 7x's the norm, pressure tested and patterned to keep the perfect grip in any weather.
