An open front, paneled top. Created using two medium weight wax treated poplins. Finished with side pockets, a mandarin collar, contrast inner placket, and contrast paneling throug h the body and sleeves. What makes this garment special? The waxed poplin fabrics stand out as the first unique part of this top. The main has an interesting feel and look, and the contrast paneling ages as it's worn. So it'll show signs of wear and will look different according to the wearer. The contrast paneling was also an intense and difficult process to get perfect, as it adds many extra pieces to this garment. Even the sleeves are much different, one ends in the contrast color, and the other is cut in half and begins again below the panel. Finally, this garment doesn't have any type of closure on it. So it is always free flowing and open.
