The Shock Retention Panel allows the interior of our chest rigs to have a full MOLLE grid for attaching smaller items and pouches. It has hook Velcro on the back and connects to th e interior of pouches/bags lined with loop Velcro. This also turns any MOLLE pouch into a hook-backed insert. There are shock cord holes throughout the panel for weaving on flashlights, tourniquets, med kits, radios, notepads, cellphones, GPS gadgets, etc. Includes 24" bungee/shock cord with a cord lock.
