Voghion Return PolicyIf you're not satisfied with your purchase on Voghion, most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days. Please follow the simple steps below to initiate your return: Return Process I. Log in to your account: Start by logging in to your Voghion account to access your account page. II. Submit a request: After confirming receipt, go to “My Orders”, select the relevant order, and click the “REFUND” button to submit your return request. III. Upload supporting materials: Upload clear photos or a short video showing the product and the shipping label. Provide your refund reason and submit. IV. Review & processing: Your request will be reviewed by our customer service team within 1–2 business days. V. Choose a return method:○ Select an available time slot and wait for the courier to pick up the item. Please keep the original packaging intact. ○ Self-return Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided in your account, and upload both the tracking number and proof of shipment. Your refund will be processed after the item is received and verified. Important Notes ● Please keep the original packaging and all accessories intact. Make sure the product is unused and all labels remain attached. ● Please enter the tracking number accurately to enable real-time tracking of your package. ● For self-return shipping, we recommend using a traceable courier service and keeping the shipping receipt. Return Shipping Fees I. Returns for Non-quality Reasons: ○ Door-to-door Pickup: The pickup and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount automatically. ○ Self-return Shipping: If you choose to return the item on your own, please use a trackable shipping service and retain both the tracking number and proof of shipment for verification. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable. II. Quality-related returns:○ Door-to-door pickup: Complimentary pickup service with no shipping fees. ○ Return by customer:①Please prepay the shipping fees and return the product to the specified address. ② Once the product passes quality inspection, you will receive a full refund along with an equivalent amount in Voghion Credits, which will be visible in your account balance. Return Instructions for Combined Shipments from Multiple Orders I. Same return address: If multiple orders share the same return address, you may combine the items into a single package. Note: Even if the items are returned in a single parcel, please upload the tracking number and shipping proof separately for each order to ensure proper processing. II. Different return addresses:If your orders have different return addresses, kindly ship each item separately to the correct address shown in the system. Combining items with different return addresses may lead to delivery issues or delays in processing your refund. Can I Return Used or Damaged Items ? I. Return Acceptance Criteria: ○ Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging, waybill, and all labels intact. ○ Upon receipt, the warehouse will inspect the item. The following will be deemed ineligible (including but not limited to):○ Products that have been washed, damaged, or are no longer functional； ○ Items that have been unsealed or activated (e.g., electronics);○ Items with removed original labels or damaged packaging stickers; ○ Any condition that affects the item’s resale eligibility. Important Notices I. Return address policy: For smooth processing, please do not return items to the address shown on the shipping label, as it is not our official return address. Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed and may not be eligible for a refund. II.
