Our maple-infused bacon is marinated and flavoured with aromatic spices, then double smoked giving the bacon a slightly sweet flavour. The short-cut is taken from the loin with par t of the belly attached and is ideal for breakfast because it has less fat than the streaky cut. It’s the perfect addition to any dish including pasta, salad, a burger or breakfast. This product is fully cooked however, should still be lightly fried or re-heated.
