We have asked our butcher for a new beef cut from our grass-fed beef animals. He came up with the Beef Short Rib. This cut is delicious and can be cooked on the BBQ, grilled, roast ed or slow-cooked. Whichever method you choose, you will be guaranteed a beautiful beefy flavour from our slow grown grass fed beef cattle.All items come frozen.Average pack sizes.All of our animals have a fully-certified organic life, but sadly we do not use an abattoir or butcher that has been certified organic.
