This machine is not compatible with Tapered, Swiss or cone points – These lack enough straight surface for the re-pointer to securely hold and lock. Points thicker than a 2.5mm Diameter – These points are too wide to fit properly in the machine. For best results, ensure you're using standard points that fit within the re-pointer's specifications.
