Swalley Farms in Girard, KS or Griffith Family Farms in Peck, KS using regenerative management pract ices (pigs are raised outside on pasture and rotated onto fresh paddocks regularly.) Or by Baker Farms of Ark City using local feed and raised in small groups. Shoulder bacon is a thick-cut, rounded bacon that makes excellent sandwiches or can be eaten as breakfast bacon.
