Replaceable shoulder pads were introduced in the Fall of 2018. Packs made prior to the Fall of 2018 had sewn-in, non-removable shoulder pads. If you have an older version pack with sewn in shoulder pads, we will gladly upgrade the pack to receive the new removable shoulder pads for free. Simply contact us at [email protected] for details.
