An indigenous variety of Wuyishan, Shui Xia n is celebrated for its thick, mellow body and long-lasting floral fragrance. It is both a tea of everyday comfort and a benchmark for understanding the depth of Wuyi oolongs. This Shui Xian was harvested in spring and finished with a medium roast. After months of resting, the roast has softened, allowing the tea’s signature smoothness to shine through.
