Despite its evocative name, this flower doesn't come from Siberia. However, you won't mind that detail in the least since you'll be growing it for its golden-orange blooms and, abo ve all, its scent. The plants are "Cliff hangers" in their natural habitat, so they don't want overly rich soil or too much water. Sow them this year for blooms next year.
