This tropical cocktail is boozy and fruit forward, and will instantly take you to a beach somewhere far, far away. Not for the faint of heart, this cocktail's use of two different rums and tropical fruits is quintessential tiki! Ingredients: 1 oz Topical Passionfruit Syrup ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup 1 oz light Jamaican rum 1 oz pineapple rum (no sugar added) 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds Strain into coupe, tiki mug optional Glass: coupe, tiki mug Garnish: none Photo: Scott Kallstrand Show more
